When I learned about this Etheric Crystal  it made so much sense to me. I have been getting strange/ odd / Funny noises which seemed to be in my ears or just above my ears for a long time. These noises appeared at random times and lasted for a random amount of time also. Now I had an explanation.
I had felt it to be true that our Soul/ Spirit downloads information and energy when the time is right and that this energy gets stored within our energetic framework until we are ready or the time is right for us to access it and use it. I just didn’t know how this worked.
The Recorder Cell Receiver Crystal generally sits on the right hand side of the head just above the top of the ear. Its function is to receive skills, perceptions and abilities from your Personal Akashic Recorder Cell in the 4th Dimension. This contains all of your experience from here back to Source. When new capabilities are being transmitted down to us they come as a changing high pitched tone.
To optimise this experience, when you hear the changing high pitched tone or “white noise” what you can do is to breathe it in to the middle of your brain. This helps the information to integrate more easily. When the time is right, the Soul releases the new information from the Recorder Cell Receiver Crystal to the Light Language Receptor on the forehead.  This acts like a universal translator and converts the information into something that we can understand. It acts as a translator and a filter. This then is received by the 4th Eye or Pineal Gland which is located on the soft spot back from the Crown Chakra on the top of the head.
Activating the Recorder Cell Receiver Crystal
As part of the Lightbody Integration work I activate more fully your Recorder Cell Receiver Crystal and all the linking components so that it strengthens you ability to receive and then translate the information coming to you from your Soul. This is one aspect of the Crystal Activation Session.

The Light Language Receptor

I have worked intuitively with a column of light for many years. To my delight it also appeared within the Lightbody Integration work giving me some additional context within which to understand it.  I feel also that the 10.1 energy of the Soul Contract Work (the Numerology of Moses) has a strong link with the solidity and steadfastness of the sense of presence that a column of pure light brings. When the Column of Light is clear of “debris” and is full it is a fantastic ally to have as it gives you a feeling of safety, constancy, clarity and power.
The Column of Light has a link back to the times when we lived on the higher dimensions breathing pranic energy through the top and the bottom of our pranic tube (in the same way that dolphins do.) As I understand it, the fontanelle is the point towards the back of the head which is called the soft spot on babies and which is treated very carefully until a newborn is a few months old.
When it is functioning well, The Column of Light descends down from our Oversoul through the higher chakras and down via the Crown Chakra and then through the body chakras & out via the Base and the Omega Chakra down to about 8” below the feet. Its width appears to vary from one person to another. I have found that those people with the 10.1 energy in their Soul Contract have a naturally wider column however it also depends on the extent to which the individual is consciously engaged on their path and the inner work that they have undertaken.
When we enter this reality of Earth, this form of breathing was forgotten and this changed our consciousness so that we would forget that we are Spirit and in this way it enabled us to play the Game of Separation from Spirit as if it is real.  In order to re-inforce this, the Column of Light gets filled by a large etheric crystal which blocks the energy completely preventing light from entering the energy field and physical body and the chakras from unifying. This etheric crystal gets removed as part of the Etheric Crystal Removal Session. In the Etheric Crystal Activation Session the Column of Light is cleansed of energetic debris and is then filled with 5th dimensional light until it is full and overflows out of the Crown Chakra. On occasions, the Column of Light can be damaged due to accidents to the spine and in these cases, we replace the Column with a new one.

The Alpha & Omega Chakras
Until around the 1990’s the Alpha and Omega chakras have been more or less dormant structures. So, even though the Alpha and Omega chakras are energy centres, they have a completely different kind of blueprint and function than that of the other chakras.  In practice they are finely tuned energy regulators for electric, magnetic and gravitational waves, as well as serving as “anchors” for the 7th dimensional etheric blueprint.
The Alpha Chakra is positioned about 6-8” above and about 2″ forwards from the centre of the head. The Alpha chakra connects us to our Lightbody in the 5th dimension. The Omega chakra is located about 8″ below the end of your spine & its function is to connect us to the planet as a hologram and also to our entire holographic grid of incarnations. When we ground our Light into the Omega Chakra we are grounding into our Spirit. This has been the only grounding exercise that has worked for me so far and always helps me to stabilise. The 8th Chakra is about 7-9” above the exact centre of the head, above the Alpha chakra.
So, put simply, the Alpha & Omega chakras bridge heaven and earth and help to hold us in the Game of Separation from Spirit until we are ready to activate and integrate our Lightbody through to Ascension.
Symptoms of an imbalanced or damaged Omega chakra include ungroundedness, diminished sex drive or creativity, low energy, no energy below the waist, cold feet and a lack of a love for life.
Symptoms of an imbalanced or damaged Alpha chakra include extreme spaciness, being out of the body, headaches, dizziness etc.
Out of alignment or damaged Alpha & Omega Chakras can be replaced at any time if needed during the Lightbody Integration work
When the Alpha & Omega Chakras are open and working well you will experience something called the Waves of Metatron. This is in effect waves of light pulsing from your Alpha to Omega and Omega to Alpha chakras, light moving up and down the central Column of Light. These pulsing waves of Light are magnetic, electric and gravitational waves and it is the Alpha and Omega Chakras which regulate the waves’ amplitude & frequency. These waves also simulate and support the flow of life force energy in the smaller tube of light which sits inside the Column of Light. The Waves of Metatron also help the physical body’s mutation to the blueprint of the 5th dimensional Lightbody.
Recalibration of the Waves of Metatron
As part of the Etheric Crystal Activation Session, we re-calibrate or balance the Waves of Metatron so that they are indeed balanced however it also acts to optimise the quality, flow & frequency of the Light pulsing through your system.

The Divine Purpose Crystal
The Divine Purpose Crystal is in effect a kind of holographic time capsule that “comes online” when you are beginning to merge and become the conscious expression of your Spirit. It contains multidimensional bodies of training, abilities, memory, experience, skills & attunements. For the purposes of the game of Separation, the Divine Purpose Crystal is wrapped in grey, cobwebby matrix to keep it dormant and to keep us separate from our unique gifts and talents and this of course prevents us from accessing and fulfilling our divine expression and purpose.
As part of the Lightbody Integration work, it is sometimes optimal to replace the original Divine Purpose Crystal with a new, dimensionally aligned Divine Purpose Crystal optimised for the individual’s next step in growth. This is usually required for anyone who has had a Walk In experience or a Re-Incarnation in the Same Body (RSB.) When have a new Soul or a higher aspect of the same soul in the body our Divine Purpose Crystal can change quite dramatically. It’s important to note that having raised the frequency and activated the Divine Purpose Crystal, unless the individual has reached a certain point in their emotional healing (ie embracing the shadow/ transforming the separation & fear programming) and completed their Soul Contract up to a certain point, the divine purpose may not be activated to its fullest extent and the work completed remains “in potential” only.

The Power Pack
When I first learned about the Power Pack I was really very intrigued as I had experienced back ache in the physical place on my back where the etheric Power Pack is located. In effect, the Power Pack is a device for converting higher dimensional energies into frequencies that are useful in this 3rd/4th dimensional reality. It is located inside the torso between the shoulder blades. The Power Pack is provided on a needs basis and so is not present in all people.
The following symptoms indicate that re-calibrating or replacing a Power Pack is needed; pain between the shoulder blades, uneven power running through the hands whilst healing, arm pain, chest pain, dullness in the heart, heart attack symptoms and strange, electrical tingling.
Power Packs often blow in Walk Ins, anyone who has had a Re-incarnation in the Same Body and anyone who has regular Descensions.  
The Power Pack can be re-calibrated or replaced at any point, as needed, during the Lightbody Integration Sessions.

Hormonal Balancing
This technique I personally love. I use it frequently for myself and with clients. It helps to manage and sometimes clear the symptoms of the higher levels of Lightbody Activation (8th & 9th level Lightbody) that cause disruption to the functioning of the hormones. This is primarily where the pituitary gland produced a lot of growth hormone as it expanded in size. In women this excess growth hormone and the normal oestrogen in their systems came into conflict in 9th level Lightbody. This produces symptoms of extreme fatigue, depression and a feeling of disconnection from life and people in general.

“Taking the Night Off”
This literally works like a dream! I sometimes wake up feeling really tired. I didn’t have a logical reason for this until I realised just how hard I was “working” in other/higher dimensions whilst I was asleep. We are vast, multi dimensional Beings of Light and are working hard in the sleep state. As we open more and more, our physical body gets tired due to all of the energy it takes up converting light in the cells and throughout our physical systems. You can simply ask at night before you go to sleep, “I need a night off.”

Help! I used to be intelligent!
You may at times feel as though you are “losing your marbles!” It sometimes appears that to gain the 95% of the brain that we have not had access to, we have had to let go of the 5% that we have come to rely on and which most of society is still based in. This appears to be due to the pathways in the brain that are used to accessing and using may at some stage become inaccessible whilst at the same time, new pathways are becoming available. You might also experience other sensations such as lots of tones, beeps and bopping noises in your ear/s, bands of light, colour, geometry and even a motion feeling which can be quite disorientating. Some people report seeing Hebrew letters, hieroglyphics or strings of numbers/equations. All of this is information coming in as frequency and will be stored in your Recorder Cell Receiver Crystal until you are ready to translate it and use it.

The Arc of the Covenant
The pituitary and the pineal function together when they are open creating what is called in the Lightbody Integration model, the Arc of the Covenant. This is a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head, from the 4th Eye to the 3rd Eye. The Arc of the Covenant is one of the decoding mechanisms available to us for higher dimensional light/ information. In other words, it facilitates our opening up to the Sacred knowledge of Mother/Father God. The Arc of the Covenant is activated during  the Ze Yod Spectrum Alignment (ZSA.)
