Optimising your name is a co-creative process and my role is to work with you, your Soul’s Energy & Design and the Numerology of Moses to help you discover the name that is just right for you.
Your Optimal Name is a name that connects clearly and strongly with your Birth Name to help you transform your karmic energies, optimise your talents and work more easily towards your goals and soul destiny.
The Optimal Name does not override or substitute your Birth Name – it is more a case of complementing it. We always run the energy of our Birth Name from the moment we take it on as a new born baby until we take our last breath.
Name Optimisation “does what is says on the tin” as the saying goes. If you want a name to bring you into your power, or to help you ground or to have more spontaneity and fun in your life then optimising your name to get the relevant numerology will bring these qualities into your experience and life. It is not however a quick fix. 1. Set a Clear Intent. Make a clear decision and intent that you want to optimise your name
2. Listen to your Soul Contract Recording again or go through any notes you took at the time. Meditating at this stage on your optimal name can really help too.
3. Review. Consider what you would like more of in your life, less of in your life and what you would like a balance of. Consider whether you want to change all or simply one of your names. In my experience, the Soul has a very clear idea about what is going to be right and this may mean that you need to keep an open mind to allow the optimal name to make itself known.
4. Consult the Numerology of Moses. We discuss which Physical and Spiritual Talent energies would be ideal to have in your Optimum Name together with any other energies that would help you achieve what you want in life.
5. Make a note of any names that you love or that come to you intuitively or in your everyday awareness. You need to be observant as the new name could come to you as you follow a lorry with the name on it, in the words that you use or from something you read for example. My surname came to me as I was laughing and sharing with a client that “I live in eternal hope!” and that was the moment I knew that Hope was to be my surname. Doing an internet search on names can sometimes give you inspiration too.
