Mastering Center Point

 

Welcome to the magic of Center Point. Moving into Center Point is the very first step of The Stillness Method. The step by step guide that follows helps you to move into this beautifully centred space, bringing you quickly and easily into a deeply relaxing and resourceful state of being. Being in Center Point for just 15 minutes a day can help you be more grounded and present in your body and the moment, experiencing life more fully, enjoying the moment with more vitality and sparkle.

 

1. Sit comfortably, with your spine straight and feet on the floor.

 

2. Bring your attention to the top of your head and imagine, see or feel a line running down from the very top of your head,       your crown, down through the very centre of your body ending at your perineum - the base of your spine. This line is                Center Point.

 

3. Close your eyes and focus now on this line, bringing your attention back to the line whenever your mind wanders. Keeping      your attention on the line gives your mind something to focus on and brings your energy into a very centred state, helping       you to be very present within your body and the present moment.

 

4. Stay focused on Center Point for 10 minutes or as long as you feel you want to and have time for.

 

5. Feel and acknowledge the difference that being in Center Point is making. Open your eyes and go about your day.
