The highest truth is not just that which comes to us from on high and what some might call “higher, divine sources” but also and sometimes more importantly that which comes to us from within, from our own experience of what is true for us at any given moment in time. It is what feels right to us.

What feels right to us now may not feel right in 2 months or 2 years time however it rings true for us in the moment and it is this moment of now that matters in our conscious evolution. Yet it is important to embrace the truth as we perceive and feel it in the moment of now and to be open to adapting our experience and understanding of the truth as we move forwards on our path and in life. Truth is not an absolute but rather a continuum without either beginning or end. It is our ultimate and essential knowing of what feels right to us in any given moment in time.

If we open to our truth, then we open to the beauty of our true essence, our Soul. Within our soul lies the full re-membering of all that we are.

As with many things in the realm of spirituality and everyday life, there are many levels and layers of truth. We access the level of truth that is open and available to us in the now and as we grow and evolve and our consciousness expands we are able to access ever higher vibrational levels of truth.

The level of truth that we are able to access at any given moment in time is dependent upon many considerations including;

Our personal level of consciousness
Our resonance with truth
Our willingness to be open to the Truth
Our capacity to learn, grow and transform
Our willingness to be open to others’ truth

As humans we too often hold as concrete beliefs that the truth that they and others have accessed is absolute. This helps us to feel safe and to some extent powerful for as truth is accepted and becomes integrated it becomes a belief and then knowledge as the collective consciousness accepts and owns it.

As we learn to peel back the layers of our masks and hidden sub conscious ego agendas and as we raise our personal vibrational frequency we begin to access and embody the true essence of who we are at the core of our being– our own Personal Truth and the Truth of The All. This is when we begin to access higher levels of truth.

We talk of conscious evolution for it is in this conscious state of evolution that we transform most effectively and completely. In this perfect moment of now, we align ourselves ever more to the light of our Soul and that of our Source. This is our personal truth: the light of our source, that which our soul emanates from. Our soul is unique and holds the light frequencies of our personal truth, that aspect of the design that we are here to perfect, to hold and to express in whichever way our soul has chosen for this lifetime, building upon hundreds of thousands of lifetimes to make it to this point of now. Our personal truth is a part of the whole and so it is when we understand our personal truth in the context of the Truth of The All that we find our role and are able to more precisely focus our energy & activity on exactly that which we are here to do.

At this point of our evolutionary journey we are powerful beings as we walk our Highest Path of Service with absolute clarity of intent and light. We are engaged in our true purpose and as such we live from our passion, our joy and all that we are good at. We let go of worrying about what everyone else is doing or not doing. We let go of the need to compare ourselves to others for we know that this does not serve us or anyone else to do this. We let go of our feelings of lack of self love and self worth because we know what we are here to do and we no longer need to compare ourselves to others or worry that we are “missing something” along the way. We live our truth in the moment of now with great love and great joy and we shine, shine, shine!  

For those hungry souls searching for Truth such as you do, continue to raise your personal vibrational frequency, increase your light quotient and set your intentions to be open to the truth. Be open to hearing the truth, seeing the truth and feeling the truth.

Be open to other peoples’ truth and then feel what feels true for you and what does not. Speak your truth and express it in as many ways as possible for this in itself opens you to ever higher levels of truth within and without.

Be aware that what is or feels true in a 3rd dimensional reality may change once you are occupying a 5th dimensional reality. This is how it has always been and as you evolve and grow your consciousness is able to take on more and more understanding of Truth within the 5th dimensional realm.

As you move forwards on your path be aware that many of the beliefs and understandings that you hold as absolute may and in many cases will, change. What is held as absolute now may change over the coming months and years ahead and so be open to these changes and see them as helpful to your growth.

If you feel that they shake your very foundations then the foundation that stands strong is that which lies within you – self love and personal truth – these are your true foundations and both are qualities and experiences of the Heart. Your heart is your compass. Ultimately, your security or power does not come from the size of your home, your income, your qualifications or your family it comes from within. Once your self love is anchored you are fully secure no matter what comes your way and you are better able to love and support others too.

Consider then to what extent you are open to looking beyond the accepted norm of what you have been told is true and what you feel to be right currently. The truth is- there is no truth as truth itself continues to expand and evolve.

Within the Soul lies the full remembering of all that you are, all you have ever been and all that you will ever be. Spiritually, there is a Pearl within the centre of the heart that once accessed opens us up to a myriad of emotional and spiritual possibilities. Accessing the Pearl can be done through pure intent or through meditation or journeying. Accessing this Pearl energetically in this way will give you even greater access to higher levels of truth.

Simplicity is a great commodity in your modern world of complexity. Mankind has misconstrued complexity for advancement, for something to which to aspire. In the spiritual context however complexity is one of the biggest stumbling blocks mankind has to being truly spiritual beings. For it is in the simple things in life that one can find the most spiritually inspired ideas and experiences. Energy itself is simple. It responds to thought impulses. It responds to feelings. Period. Nothing else. How simple is it to have a thought or a feeling? That is all that is required to spin energy into action.

Spirit believes in keeping things simple and in the economy of energy. No energy is ever wasted. It all spins into action and manifestation by those who are focused with clear intent or it gets dissipated through those who seek to make things complicated or those who are mentally confused or in emotional turmoil. The former blocks out the potential for energy to work in their favour. The latter simply sends out confusing signals and therefore energy goes no where and so a wasted opportunity is present.

So, dear Ones, if you want to live a life of spirituality, one which feels sacred and allows you to live within the experience of sacredness and effortless flow of loving then the best thing that you can do is to simplify your life and to clear the clutter that is your mind.

The more complexity you have in your life the more barriers you put up between you and your divine spiritual essence and nature. It is as simple as that. No apologies for being so blunt!

Complexity is bad nourishment for the soul. It clogs up the arteries and spits out the goodness of life force that you have within you. It blocks light from entering into your energy bodies and actually encourages energy blocks to be built up within your energetic being which can cause physical disharmony if not cleared and dissipated.

So, the clear message is this: “Complexity is “bad” for you and Simplicity is “good” for you.”

This of course is a very simplistic message. I wouldn’t normally refer to experiences as good or bad however this way of relating helps to get our message across in this instance. Bad meaning disharmonious to your system and good meaning harmonious to your system. You get the picture.

So, you might be asking yourselves what to do about this? You might be asking what needs to be cleared. How to break up the density of complexity?

Well, look within your hearts. The way of the heart is far simpler than the way of the head. The head runs around in circles and often gets nowhere. The way of the heart knows what is right for you and what is not. It knows what brings you joy and what is likely to bring you discomfort and pain.

Listen to your heart and what it tells you. Act upon it. Align your head with your heart and when this happens life tends to get simpler and you come into your true flow.

Can it really be that simple, we hear you ask? Yes, it is that simple. The world of complexity is an illusion brought about to mask the true nature of who you are and what you are ultimately capable of. The world of complexity masks the true nature of whom we are and why we are here. We are not here to amass qualifications, bigger houses, faster and better cars and gadgets. We are here to ground the light of our soul and to express our truth through living life to the full and fulfilling your life purpose. The truth is as simple as that. We are here on Earth as Spiritual Beings in Physical Bodies in order to express the vastness and sheer beauty and brilliance of who we are. Why would we not want to do that?

I’m not going to go into detail here about how to simplify your life. There are many ways of doing this and much has been written about it. Clearing the clutter physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is what is required.

It is now more important than ever before that we all take a good look at our life and strip away all that no longer serves us so that we are free and uncluttered to be the true essence of who we are in each and every moment.

It is more important now than ever before to be the shining soul that you are. To reveal your true nature, to speak your truth, walk your path and to live your truth in every moment of every day. One step at a time. In every moment, yet just one moment at a time. For this too keeps it simple.

Affirmations that can be used “in the moment of choice” include;

“In this moment I choose to be all that I can be.”

“In this moment in time, I choose to release all that no longer serves me”

“In this moment in time, right now, I choose to make decisions based on love not fear.”

“In this moment, right now, I choose to be the shining soul that I am.”

Whenever you are faced with a choice, ask yourself, will this simplify or complicate my life?

When you make your choices based on what feels right in your heart, you then begin to follow your highest path of service ever more closely

If you are thinking that you know all this and that this says nothing new to you then you just take a deeper look and ask yourself what else you could do to create a more simple life based on spiritual values and ideals. How could you make your life flow more freely? What emotional healing needs to be done? For there are layers upon layers to strip away.

Cleanliness is next to godliness is a phrase that some of you will have grown up with. Well, in many ways, those who spoke such words were right. Cleanliness in the form of energetic cleanliness…cleansing your energy bodies of all that seemingly stands in the way of you being the full shining spiritual being that you are.

The truth here is simple too.

Choosing to cleanse yourself of all the complexity and layers is easy…it is simple a choice…the illusion is that it is difficult, time consuming and painful…ask yourself why spirit would choose to make this so?

Spirit keeps things simple and supports you in positive choices.    

Be bold, be brave and most of all, know that you choose simplicity and you come closer to knowing the true essence of your soul’s nature.
