I am passionate about helping women to know themselves from the inside out - their values, desires, needs, dreams, purpose, vision and passion - and to create and re-create a life that fits them perfectly. 
​I also help women to navigate and find balance in the dance of life and career, staying true to themselves and developing  resourcefulness and resiliency.

We are all leaders and if we are honest, most of us are unfinished leaders. In order to create something new or different we have to become the person who is ready to model the values and behaviours required to create, sustain and evolve the NEW. This takes courage, presence, self awareness, humility and imagination.

I do this through coaching, mentoring, training, energy work, intuitive tools and artwork.

My work is grounded in my experience of operational management, learning and development at executive board level, holistic medicine, 20 years of life coaching, motherhood & "life" and a 30 year passion for personal development.

One of my greatest joys is working with Women who are re-imagining  and re-inventing themselves, the world of work and community to create compassionate presence, leadership, collaboration, creativity, inclusion & prosperity for all.
